You're invited to join your fellow ARLIS/NY Librarians in Reference and Reader Services to share how we are working to provide resources remotely to our patrons during the COVID-19 shutdown. This discussion is open to librarians and library workers working in all types of art libraries.

This session will serve as an informal discussion where we can share resources and lessons we've learned. A few questions we can discuss are:

  1. How do you conduct virtual outreach to your patrons? What has been successful? What hasn't worked?
  2. What software has been helpful?  (Google suite, virtual reference tools/chats, social media, etc?)
  3. How are you keeping track of all the new open access materials that databases are opening up?

Space will be limited to 15 participants. Registered participants will receive a Zoom link via email the day before the meeting. Please direct any questions to Anna Helgeson: anna.helgeson@bgc.bard.edu.
